Payment

You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer and we may share your personal information with such third parties as are necessary to enable us to do such checks. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Returns

Our product in non-refundable. If your package and the contents have been damaged in transit, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible by e-mail at [email protected] with your order number and attach an image of your damaged package and contents. We will issue a replacement upon receipt of the above.

The material provided on our site is copyright protected and is to be used for personal reference only. Permission to reproduce any images must be sought in writing from CILK.

Notices will be deemed received 24 hours after the e-mail is sent or three days after the date of posting.

We shall not be liable for any failure to provide the web site and/or the failures or delays in delivery where this is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable, it shall so far as it is unenforceable, be deemed deleted and the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall continue to apply. The Australian Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from or related to this web site and all Products. Australian Law will apply to these terms and conditions.
